WHERE ARE MEALS SERVED?

With the arrival of the new and extensive buffet service, we can offer you a better service and greater flexibility by letting you choose the time of your meals freely!

HOURS OF THE BREAKFAST HALL
From 7:30 am to 10:00 am (entry into the hall)

We remind you that Your package starts with Lunch on your Arrival day and ends with Breakfast on your Departure date.

Non-consumed meals can be replaced with Packed Lunches (to be requested at the Reception Desk)

Please note.: We want to specify that we DO NOT HAVE a gluten-free certified cuisine or suitable for those suffering from allergies and/or food intolerances, therefore we remember you to take this into account at the time of the booking. Call us before making your booking, we will clarify all doubts.
in any event, we DO NOT GUARANTEE the total non-contamination from other dishes.

CAN YOU PREPARE BABY FOOD?

Our chefs are always keen to listen your meet your children’s requirements and available to prepare vegetable soups, vegetable broths, creams or other little and simple variants. Our Buffet will always include tasteful children’s recipes.

If you have a weaned baby, bring us his/her baby food, our chefs will carefully prepare them.

WHEN WILL MY ROOM BE AVAILABLE?
WHAT TIME SHOULD I LEAVE MY ROOM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?

Rooms will be available by 1pm on the arrival date and in all cases as soon as they are ready.
They must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
To fully sample your holiday, you can get here starting from the morning (after 10 am), we will welcome you giving you a parking spot and keeping your luggage until your room is ready.

CAN I TAKE MY FURRY FRIEND?

Your four-legged friends are always welcome at out hotel, we simply ask you to give us a prior notice at the time of the booking.
They just can’t access the restaurant hall and can wander around the property on a leash.
If equipped with their health booklet, dogs can even access the beach in a dedicated area  to enjoy together the sun of the Coast (the extra fee has to be paid at the reception desk).

THE POOL (Beach Village Water Park) IS IT OPEN AROUND THE CLOCK?

Our partnership with Beach Village, (pools and water slides) is active between early June and mid-September (based on the season)
The water park lies only 10 minutes from the hotel and the shuttle service is free and available 24h, the stop is only a few meters from the hotel and the shuttle leaves every 15 minutes.
Request yor card at the reception desk and you will be able to enter the park every time you want while staying at our hotel.

IS THERE A WI-FI CONNECTION?

WE provide a free fiber-optic wi-fi connection for all our customers, available throughout the property and within rooms.

WHICH PRIVATE BEACH DO YOU PARTNER WITH AND HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE HOTEL? The hotel partners with “Bagno Dino” which lies only 50 meters from the hotel and crosses Viale Regina Margherita, you will find yourself on the Beach’s Pedestrian Area.

HAVE YOU GOT DISABLED-FRIENDLY ROOMS?

Yes, we do have disabled-friendly rooms. Even the hotel entrance is fully equipped for you.

IS THE PARKING LOT INCLUDED IN THE ACCOMMODATION FEE?

Upon your arrival at the hotel you will find a little stop to load/unload your luggage.
If you wish, you can book the private and attended parking lot which lies just 250 meters from the hotel at a little extra fee.
In case you have not booked it, we cannot guarantee a vacant spot.

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE RAILWAY STATION OR THE HIGHWAY EXIT?

We are located only 5,7 Km from Rimini’s Railway Station. You can easily get here by car or Bus no. 11 getting off at the stop no. 27 just 100 meters from the hotel.

Rimini’s Southern Highway Exit lies only 4,9 Km from the hotel, to get more detailed information please visit our webpage ‘Location’.

If you have any other question or doubt, call or email us immediately, we will give you a prompt feedback before your departure. So when you will join us, you only worry will be Relaxing and Having Fun!!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

To confirm you booking, a deposit which may vary according to the reservation period is required. The balance shall be paid upon your arrival at the hotel.

It is possible to pay in cash, by debit card, credit card (Visa – Master Card – Maestro) or via bank transfer before arriving, but keep in mind that we do not accept cheques.

In case of early departure, our holiday packages cannot be refunded (no exceptions are envisaged).

In case the customer cancels his/her reservation, the deposit will be wholly refunded with a holiday voucher up to 15 days before the arrival date, and eventually the same conditions will apply only if the reservation will be exchanged with another customer. The Holiday Voucher is valid throughout the ongoing year.
